Postage and packaging in the UK - £4.50 Royal Mail special delivery.

Additional items in the UK are £2.50 per item.

For shipping in Europe and worldwide please email for pricing details. UK postage costs will not be used for European and Worldwide shipping.

Items delivered within 3 - 5 working days in the UK.

Made to order or commissioned items please allow 7 – 14 working days for delivery in the UK.

Please allow 14 – 28 days for overseas delivery.

You can pay by debit, credit card and Paypal which is quick and easy, you do not have to have a Paypal account simply go to add to cart and follow the steps.

Return any unwanted item for a full refund within 14 days, after this time an exchange or gift card will be issued. Please ensure that the item is in a resaleable condition and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

The postage cost of returning the item cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Tushemeriirwe means 'we are happy' in Runyankole a southern Ugandan language.

Sometimes people question my environmental motives, what I believe in and how I choose to live my life.
I usually say I’m a tree hugger and I said this way before it became fashionable to be green, due to it being essential for the environment and one’s own well being.
My friend Ife wrote this poem ‘Solution to the problem’ and I wanted to share it with you because this is how I feel about the environment we live in and how we should be looking after our surroundings.

Baking – my first memory of baking is walking back from school, crossing the road at the zebra crossing with my wicker basket and sharing whatever I had made with my family when I got home, baking for the first time this weekend since then, I made lemon drizzle cakes and they tasted delicious. www.mariama.posterous.com
23rd October - Crisis are now recruiting for Crisis Open Christmas volunteers, in previous years I have volunteered in the sewing and alterations section and have found that it has always been very fulfilling experience and I enjoy the fact that I get to use my skills to benefit others and the global community.

21st October - Well what can I say....Abseiling is not my favourite thing but after my first climbing session last week I can say I had fun, check out www.alter-rock.co.uk , Malcolm Street, Derby.
An old converted church with bouldering and climbing facilities, I have always wanted to do this but never had the time, beginner’s taster courses are only £20.00.

I have always loved second hand shopping, reusing and recycling from a very early age and discovered Freecycle late last year, I have only really used it properly about three weeks ago by offering items I no longer used and requesting items I needed. I recently requested knitting yarn, ribbon and general haberdashery and got a response to my ad from a lady who lived not far from me.

I really wanted to start knitting again and experimenting with different yarns, ribbon etc and what a great way to start.

10:10 Campaign is asking individuals, organisations and businesses to cut their carbon emissions by 10% by 2010, on the 10th of October a reminder was sent to all those who have signed up so far and a reminder that it is still not to late to get involved, I have signed up and will be doing my bit.
